I finally figured out the BOINC XML stats so any of you \"independent stats authorities\" can check them out at: http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/stats I think they\'re generated hourly right now just to test. |

> compression! > Carl please make it OR xml OR gz, not both :p well the .xml are the "header" files of the project that db_dump from BOINC generates by default, the real data (i.e. potentially big files) are gzip compressed (it was just an option in the db_dump program) |

Edit: i see what you mean but you now have users.xml.gz that's not nice :p |

I can see the data. But it's bad for my CPDNSpy. The program has to unzip it and then i have to write a new parser. one thing carl: Could you write the team id as attribute? CODE: team id=1 Would be easier to write a parser for this..... an the same for user.xml? |

I'm just using "stock" db_dump from BOINC, so I imagine all will gzip or zip their big xml files and use the stats format we setup? http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/stats If you look at db_dump.xml those are my settings for CPDN/BOINC, so it's pretty routine? |

The .XML output is the same as the other boinc projects. The data files are compressed using gzip, only difference is the file names are a bit different. Not quite sure why everyone's having a problem. --- <IMG SRC="http://www.funkymonkey.org/boinc/sig.php?id=925&proj=pah"> <IMG SRC="http://www.funkymonkey.org/boinc/sig.php?id=169421&proj=sah"> <IMG SRC="http://www.funkymonkey.org/boinc/sig.php?id=360&proj=cpdn"> |

Zain from SETISYNERGY has added CPDN to his growing stats site that already includes S@H and P@H. Since he already had the code to convert the xml from the other projects, once he found the link to the CPDN stats xml location it took him no time to develop the CPDN stats pages. I won't say where the stats are at just yet as he is still testing. He plans to have 'total' BOINC project stats as well. Live long and crunch! Paul. |

Carl... I've bow icluded Userstatss, Groupstats and Hoststats in CPDNSpy 1.3 Another request: Could you perhaps make a XML File of the Benchamrk Table??? <img src="http://www.funkymonkey.org/boinc/sig.php?id=87&proj=cpdn"> |

I included stats for CPDN on www.boincstats.com, Maybe worth a link on http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/stats.php? ==================== <a href="http://www.boincstats.com/hide_climate_url">BOINC user, team and country stats</a> |

Are we allowed to display the stats publicly or just to "check them out"? |

you can put the stats publicly but please don't release the "climateapps2.oucs" beta-test website as we're not ready for thousands of users yet! we will launch in two weeks and after that it would be fine of course. |

Thankyou Carl for the go ahead. We will watch and wait for the time to show the CPDN link to Beta, until then all my links will point to the CPDN current client site. --- <img src="http://www.setisynergy.com/images/stats/63841.png"><br> Teamless? Carl, SETI is going to export the team_founder_id in the team xml files. Are you planning to do the same? It would be a lot easier to make accurate BOINC team stats. ==================== <a href="http://www.boincstats.com/hide_climate_url">BOINC user, team and country stats</a> |
