I think that the new graphics will only appear with the new models, which are still being tested. |

Is everyone else seeing an image next to the stickies? I just get the red cross \'missing image\' image ... [Edit: Just tried it on another machine and they\'re not there either.] |

We mentioned this to Milo a couple of weeks ago and he did something or other, but I still have this same problem. Cpdn news |

We mentioned this to Milo a couple of weeks ago and he did something or other, but I still have this same problem. Thanks Mo. Every time the Internet cache/history is cleared on my machine the Scotland team PHP message board becomes almost unusable (for me) because the images disappear - I wondered if this was an extension of whatever that problem is: evidently not. |

Well, I’m totally confused. My model completed its first year, but didn’t trickle. Hit update and there’s a trickle message. On the tasks tab there’s no ‘results’ button. On the Projects tab I’ve still got all the BBC links. I’ve got the CPDN model showing in the projects tab, but no work done. How do I find my CPDN results page? Also, there’s no ‘network activity suspended’ option, just a snooze option, which stops the model. The CCE folder has been replaced by a boinc folder, but I see that cpdnbbcmgr and cpdnbbcmd are still in there. Have I cocked something up? [edit] just noticed the yellow balloon says \'boinc networking is currently suspended\' Andy |

Welcome to the future, Andy, where everything is new and improved. :) Snooze: I think that this is only in the SysTray options, and Suspend is still in the menu. Snooze suspends for one hour, then automatically restarts. This was requested by participants in other projects. Your cpdn results page: 1) Click on your name to the left of here. 2) Click on: Your account in the blue menu to the left of here. 3) It should also be accessable via a button on the left hand side of the Manager under the Projects tab, after you click on the project name. The BOINC folder is the default location of projects for the \'normal\' version of BOINC. All files from your BBC usage will still be in the BBC cce folders and sub-folders. |

Hi Andy Are you in \'simple view mode \'? If so click advanced view to get back into more familiar territory:) Maybe the network has been suspended under the activity tag where all the old options still remain Chris. |

Your cpdn results page: I don\'t have a BBC CCE folder any more, it has been re-named Boinc. Still confused. A |

Hi Andy If you click on your result i.d. this takes you to Here Scroll down to look at the the graph all the parameter gubbins and at the bottom the trickle.Or press the trickle link. Getting to the results over here is a little awkward. |

Hi Andy Thanks, Chris. A little awkward? That\'s an understatement I\'d have looked for days. The path I now have is: from task tab>Your account>(menu on left)Your account>(scroll down VIEW results>result number>trickles. So that\'s 4 links to find, instead of a button labelled \'Your Results\' in the task manager which takes you straight there? Isn\'t there a quicker way? Brave new World. No wonder people go bonkers and become characters from Dune. There isn\'t anybody called Wate in Dune is there? Are you coming to London, by the way? Andy |

Now you can see why the BBC version of BOINC was \'simplified\'. \"Out here\", crunchers have to do some digging. Sorry about that. But all of the data IS there. Start with one of the links that I mentioned. Then click: Results (for a list of your models) Computers (for a list of the computers, either physical or \"BOINC\'s given me a new computer ID again!\") |

I blame the melange, or lack of it... Of course some of us gave up trying to fathom such deep mysteries long ago and just bookmarked the relevant pages :-) _________________________________ |

... It\'s still an improvement over the 5 minute wait we sometimes used to have once we\'d clicked on the final link :-) Once you\'ve got to the results page, add it to your favourites, and then it\'s easy. I'm a volunteer and my views are my own. News and Announcements and FAQ |

Well done Andy - it\'s not that easy to find your way around, but don\'t forget the useful menu on the left here, which wasn\'t to be had in BBC - you can click on \"Your account\" to get access to the info. Best regards, Visit the Scotland team |
