Have an old account here in climateprediction. Requested my password several times since I forgot what it was but climateprediction never emailed it to me. Couldn\'t even find it in SPAM. So I started a new account under a different email address. But credits from this new account aren\'t showing up in the cross project stats with the other BOINC projects I\'m running. So how do I fix this problem?

You must have the same email address at all projects for your stats to combine. It also should be in all lowercase since some projects automatically convert it.

Thanks, that seems to be working. All the projects now have the same cross project ID number. Looks like it\'s going to take a few days for the BOINC stat web sites to recognize the change in email address.

In BOINC Manager Projects tab, select each project in turn (whether or not you\'re currently running tasks for them) and click Update for each of them. This makes all the project servers coordinate your identity. Some or all of the projects may give your computer a new ID number but that doesn\'t matter.

Occasionally a person needs to repeat this project updating process a day or two later.
