Some of the model types have finished, at least for now. Look at the Server Status in the blue menu to the left of here to see what is available. Then you have to make sure that one or more of these are ticked in your project preferences. There may also be some other reason for you not getting more work, and there should be messages about this in the Messages tab of your BOINC manager. Backups: Here |

Have you any climateprediction tasks suspended? If a project (eg CPDN) has a suspended task, Boinc refuses to download more tasks for that project. You would need to restart the suspended task first. And if a project is suspended (in the Projects tab) it cannot have new tasks. Check in the Boinc manager Projects tab that CPDN is not marked in the Status column as Won't get new tasks. If the Status column says this, highlight CPDN and press the Allow new tasks button. Your computer may have sufficient work for WCG. If this is the case you may need to wait until some of the WCG work is completed. In the Boinc manager Advanced menu look at > Preferences > Network usage > Additional work buffer. Perhaps this is marked only 1 day or 2. You could increase the number of days, then click OK. Cpdn news |

In the Boinc manager Advanced menu look at > Preferences > Network usage > Additional work buffer. Perhaps this is marked only 1 day or 2. You could increase the number of days, then click OK. Thanks! The problem is solved now. It was marked 0,25 days... ;) I changed it and now there are enough tasks ready... |

The cupboard is bare again. Hopefully there is more work in the pipline. |
