Have just checked ccconfig.xml and all options use dont rather than don't so clearly that isn't the issue. I haven't done any manual messing about with the file so it is something generated by BOINC. as opposed to anything I may have introduced inadvertently.

Yes, this is a bug in 7.12.1 (development release) which the team is working to resolve...nothing caused by you as a BOINC user.

Downloaded and installed 7.14.0 the other day.
Yesterday downloaded two new tasks which seemed to download fine but they didn't appear in task list as waiting to run. They only appeared in the task list on BOINC manager when I for unrelated reasons suspended two of the running tasks at which point they appeared and started.

It would be nice to have an easy way to confirm new tasks had downloaded correctly and were ready to start.

Ignore my last, I almost certainly clicked on show active tasks by accident.

After upgrading from 7.12.1 to 7.14.2 on a Win 7 AMD box new BOINC picked up a Weather At Home 2 (wah2) v8.24 WU in progress and has trickled twice. So far so good.
