Above task is currently sending the restart.zip even though %completed is only at 94.4%. Nothing else untoward about it that I can see. Just that I had always assumed the restart was created after the last zip which I assume for this task is 13?

Researchers now place their restart file wherever in the sequence it suits their research. We don't know why. (Most are still at the end.)
