Couldn't find anything searching the message boards for 'GDPR' but was wondering if GPDR has any impact on exporting credit information to the likes of BOINCstats?

Einstein@home was requiring explicit user consent to continue exporting so I'm checking other projects just in case.

The GDPR issue hit the boards way back in November 2017.
The search term would need to be: Data Protection Act 1998

Since the big crash earlier this year, the OeRC IT people have been cracking down on security matters, and the issue that you mention may be one of them.

I'll ask the project people about it in case it IS something new.
