Does anyone know if you can dedicate more cores to one task current using my Xeon CPU E5-2678 v3 2.5 ghz but only at 18% usage

But I have no trouble with CPU usage; it runs 99.97% on my i7-3770 (Win7 64-bit). There must be something else wrong.

As more tasks come in my CPU will be pushed to 100 but just at one task atm using 1 core out of eight

I see. You are looking at the usage of the entire CPU. I was looking at just each core that has a work unit running (I use BoincTasks for that).

You will get more if the servers stay in operation. That is the big issue these days. And then you have to upload the results to do any good. It is getting to be a series of hurdles. Have fun.
