I\'m installing BOINC on several new computer and no problems, however, when I install on one of them and join CP it locks up BOINC. I join my other two projects without problems. But as soon as I join CP the CPU utilization goes to 100% on boinc_gui or boinc_cli. This is a Windows XP system new install. BOINC 4.09. I\'ve reinstalled several times... Any suggestions?
