On one of my computers I am running both Boinc CP and Boinc SETI. How do I delete one of them? Think I rather just run one of the programs for now on the same machine.

I assume that you have one BOINC program which is switching between CP and SETI. All you need to do is open the BOINC window and select the projects tab, then right click on the project you want to drop for now. Then select Detach....

To reattach later go to settings.
