Ok, I\'ve got an old Mac G3 sitting here, it is only running Mac OS X 10.2.8. I downloaded the source for the BOINC client, and compiled it, and it runs, but when I attach it to CPDN it downloads work, and fails after a second running it, with the message \"process got signal 5\" Any idea what is going on? I have tried the Boinc client version 4.11 and 4.08, neither work. |

The FAQ page at says you need to be running Panther (OS 10.3.x) to run BOINC. I have my old 333mhz iMac setting here at home and it also has 10.2.8 - so I just use it to run seti@home classic.
