Hi, I have just download and compiled Bionic for my Sun Blade 2000 workstation, however when starting bionic I get the following error: Message from server: platform \'sparc-sun-solaris2.9\' not found Does this mean I can\'t run the software? Any Solutions or work arounds? |

I think the answer is, unless there is some kind of ability to run it in Linux emulation mode, no. There are no binaries specifically for Solaris. |

I have the solaris binaries as I compiled them from source. The client seems to work, but there seems to be no suitable data to download and process. |

That code is written in Fortran and not open source, so cannot be compiled locally. At least that's why I assume you are getting this message. |
