Thread 'CPU Time running while WU is paused / BONIC slows down'

Sometimes both Projekts count the CPU time after the PC runs for several hours. This happens independently of whether I work at the same time with other applications or not. Unfortunatly both projects are in this time apparently without progress or very slow. Only one restart of the computer fixes the problem. Is there a way to prevent this happen?
