I\'d like to get climate prediction running on a lot more machines. Our Dept. has a number of computers for student use. I was unable to install the software on the student\'s account. When I logged on as the administrator I was able to get the software installed and running fine. When I logged off as administrator and back on as a student I received a number of errors and BOINC wouldn\'t run. When I logged back on as administrator it ran fine. Problem is, I don\'t want to leave these computers running logged on as administrator. Any options or settings to try? These are Win2000 Pro machines. Thanks. |

Maybe you can let them run as a service, it will be working also when the accounts are logged off. Browny |

Sharing the BOINC folder will allow running as a limited account. You may also have to share the directory to get the service running. <br>John Keck -- BOINCing since 2002/12/08 -- <a href="http://www.boinc.dk/index.php?page=user_statistics&project=cpdn&userid=191"><img border="0" height="80" src="http://191.cpdn.sig.boinc.dk?188"></a> |
