It happend now on two different windows computers:

After uploading the workunit, i looked in the project directory and saw the directory of the old workunit. I had to delete it manually!

The client version was hadsm3 4.03. Please delete all data of the workunit after uploading.

Actually it is recommended not do delete the remaining directories, but to keep them, maybe on CD, DVD, or in another directory outside of BOINC, if you got enough disk space, because if there's something especially interesting about a model, you might be asked to upload additional data later.
Before I was aware of that I also deleted the directories of a few work units manually, but now I try to keep them. :o)
