I have less today than I did yesterday and so does everyone else in my team as far as I can see. Anyone got any ideas? |

CP-boinc developer Carl wrote: "OK, I recalculated credits, I suppose I will put this in the db_dump stats script so it gets generated every 4 hours (kind of like the old CPDN). At the end of a run now, no host/team/user credits get added (but the result is set fine), until it hits the 4-hourly script. So it's sort of akin to the BOINC "validator" process." in <a href="http://www.climateprediction.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=2596">this long thread</a> on the classic CPDN messageboard. Carl was correcting for the random 'lottery' of spurious additional credit many folks were receiving after completing a model. <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/show_user.php?userid=156">I personally</a> lost 40,000 cobblestones by dropping from 255,000 to 215,000 but, , they're only rocks, not science... ;-) |

I have the same problem... ~25.000 credit lost.... :-( snip... Fortunatelly, setisynergy.com has stored all the credit-standigs before the breakdown ;-) |

well any credits "lost" were probably given by mistake in the first place, so it should match the actual results figures now. There was a "runaway credit" bug but now I regenerate all credits for users/hosts/teams every hour based on the (reliable) results table. |
