BOINC is slowing my server and 4 websites down. I would like to move the current CP and Seti work units on my server to another PC also running BOINC CP and Seti. Is this possible and what files do I need to move? Both computers are similar(P4, windows, etc.)

BOINC runs at a level of nice 19 so it shouldn't slow down the web server daemon program. If you want to move it to a new location, copy the entire contents of the BOINC folder to the destination PC.

If you move Seti@H to another computer you will not get credit, BOINC checks to make sure there is no cheating.
