Can I run more than 1 model, if I can can someone please tell me how?

If you have multiple CPUs BOINC should automatically download and run one model per CPU (assuming CPDN is the only project you are attached to). Running more than one model per CPU is not recommended since it will take longer that way than running them sequentially.
