It was 20000 timesteps in Phase 2. After an upgrade of Direct X, and a restart, Climateprediction also suddenly restarts on phase 1, and when it before was 2.19 s/step, now it's 960 s/steps... The long s/ts is prabably due to taking your current timestep and dividing by the total time so far. Presumably timesteps are still taking just over 2 seconds and not 960. With a backup, you could probably have avoided most of the recrunching. You may want to consider keeping a backup copy of the folder so that if it happens again less work will be lost.
