I have installed the software. It asks for project URL and account ID. The latter I know but what is the former?

Thanks!

The project URL is the site that the BOINC core client communicates with to get the number crunching module(s) for a given project and that project's work. It's also where the results for a given project are sent back after computation has taken place. As crandles has said, this information, along with your acount ID is e-mailed to you after you "subscribe" for want of a better word to a particular project. It's then just a matter of copying and pasting both the project URL and the account ID into the window that pops up when you select "Add Project" from the file menu inside the BOINC GUI.
