I downloaded the program. When the screen came up asking for the account #, it was covering up the account #. I couldn't move the screen, and I couldn't see the #, so I closed the box, and now don't think that I have been connected. Windows Office XP
What should I do?

Do you email the answer to me?

THANKS!

Hi and welcome to the board.

When you say you couldn't move the screen, does this mean that you could not shrink it to the taskbar? Sounds like windows may be having problems.

My first reaction is to suggest rebooting computer and try launching the BOINC application again. See if you can switch tasks to your email and if so copy and paste the URL and account id.

Sorry if I haven't understood your problem correctly.
