Ok, so I've got everything up and running, but every time I try to run the visual I get a message that says nice: ./hadsm3viz_4.03*: No such file or directory. The program is running fine, but it doesn't like the visuals. Whats up with dat? |

You might be having the same problem as discussed in <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/forum_thread.php?id=1164&post=7843#7843">this Unix/Linux thread</a>, Dave. ok, thanks for that. I got it working, but now I have a new probelm. The visual starts, and then this comes up... searching for active shmem using model_id 3vf3_000202500 unable to attach to shared memory /Users/douglasglancy/Documents/Bionic/projects/climateprediction.net/viz: line 2: 926 Bus error nice -n18 ./hadsm3viz_4.03* $1 |
