I finished a WU (Result ID 287648) a few days ago. All 5 .zip files were uploaded properly. I didn´t want the next WU to start, because I have several Hardware changes to make and install a new OS. So I detached from the project and uninstalled the Software. Since there is no change in the Status of that WU, I checked other systems, when a WU is set to status "Success". I think, the status is changed, when the next running WU trickles the first time (TS 10802).
Is this correct? Will that completed WU appear as Successfull one day?

Normally it should go to success status on the next communication with the server. I'm not sure if detaching, reattaching and making all kinds of hardware changes will affect that though. If I'm not going to run another model on a PC, or am concerned about the hardware changes I make between runs, I'll let the new run start and just choose update. This communicates with the server so you don't have to wait for the next trickle.

Hi geophi,
thanks for your reply. I installed boinc again, merged the Systems and updated. No success until now. But it seems the only way to get that WU done. I´ll wait until first regular trickle.
