I have begun getting the "forrtl: info: Fortran error message number is 63." error and in the Intel compiler documentation this indicates:

Output conversion error:
FOR$IOS_OUTCONERR. Durning a formatted output operation, the value of a particular number could not be output in the specified field length without loss of significant digits. When this situation is encountered, the overflowed field is filled with asterisks to indicate the error in the output record.

This has not been a critical error to this point. some other text in the error file are as follows:

The machine is a Dual Xeon 3.2 Ghz with a mild OC, I'll crank it down a bit to see if this helps but I don't know if this is the problem or not.
