I use ^C to stop running the climate prediction model, but I noticed that when I start it up again, the TS counter is set back by about 80 timesteps. Is there a way to quit and save all timesteps calculated thus far?

CP saves every 144 timesteps. When you exit and later return, it takes up from the last save.

See <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/forum_thread.php?id=1752"> the reply from C</a> for more. It shows how to find a suitable time to exit for a minimum of re-calcs.

There are other similar replys scattered throught the boards / threads.
