You are getting this message because BOINC is trying to connect to a project with a blank url. This is tricky to fix, because it involves editing your client_state.xml file. I've tried looking through the forum for guidance on this (using the <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/forum_text_search_form.php">keyword search facility</a> on the questions and answers front page, not the site search) but without much success. You could have a look yourself, but try searching in the other project forums as well. You can certainly do it (but make a backup first). I'm reluctant to advise because I'm not a Mac user and am not sure what the correct state of the file will be, though I expect it to be the same as for Windows and Linux. |

Thanks for your reply Andrew. I too did a search in the forum but with little success. I took a look at the client_state.xml file and found it to be, well, a little scary. I've posted to the SAH forum and will see what comes up. Thanks again. |
