During phase one I got a -5 error. I had created a backup though, so I just continued from the backup. However, now (halfway through phase two) I've noticed that the results I'm working on http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/result.php?resultid=533734 is still claiming a -5 error. Is it pointless to go back to a backup after a -5 error, and if so, what's tha point of backing up?

_______________________
Doodle Theme for Firefox
My Web Gallery
My Blog |

The status doesn't reset - something for the wish list. But the server is accepting the trickles, and should accept the results in due course. So they get the benefits of your work and you get the credit. |

I know I get the credit, I just want to know I'm not wasting time on results which automatically will be discarded because of the -5 status.

_______________________
Doodle Theme for Firefox
My Web Gallery
My Blog |

I'm not sure about the -5 error message, but other people with various error messages have persevered, and when their final result was uploaded the server changed the message to success. You could use Contact & Support to ask the admins. Les |
