I found this program on Apple's site and downloaded it. But I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it is worth installing it rather than using UNIX commands in Terminal? I downloaded Deep Thought version 1.1. Thanks. Fedora Linux 39 64-bit Workstation Dell Latitude E7440 Intel Core i5-4300U x 4 RAM = 16GB / 240 GB SSD |

I have installed Deep Thought and use it to control Seti@Home, Einstein@Home and ClimatePrediction and have had no problems with it so far. I used to use a shell script to control these projects but had problems stopping and starting BOINC - Deep Thought allows me to stop and start very easily. Geoff Roynon |
