Hi,

are there plans to release a 64 bit-client for X64 Operating System, in order to run the software more efficient on such systems?

It's been talked about, and it's possible, but their computer resources people (actually make that "person") is working on about 12 other things at this time. If they could get someone to help him, it might happen in the forseeable future?

There have been some hiccups and the Linux client has been unstable while the fall back of using an older compiler is rather slow. I am not sure whether this means that alpha testing is not going smoothly for this purpose. Still maybe sometime.
