When I try to run the thing I get the error message "No work available(there was work but you don't have enough disk space allocated)."

I just read through many many dozens of forum messages ... and this is /mentionned/ now and again ... and folk talk about setting preferences.

Setting preferences? Where?

The startup documentation says "Will run autonamtically" ... I've crawled the interface and have found no place to set the preferences.

Hi and Welcome

If you go to the 'Your Account' in the left hand menu then to View or edit general preferences, the three preferences dealing with hard disk space are there.
