my client (4.19) is not downloading any wu.
my preferences:
Do work while computer is running on batteries?
(matters only for portable computers) yes
Do work while computer is in use? yes
Do work only between the hours of (no restriction)
Leave applications in memory while preempted?
(suspended applications will consume swap space if 'yes') no
Switch between applications every
(recommended: 60 minutes) 60 minutes
Confirm before connecting to Internet?
(matters only if you use a modem) no
Disconnect when done?
(matters only if you use a modem) no
Connect to network about every 10 days
On multiprocessors, use at most 2 processors
Write to disk at most every 120 seconds
Limits on disk space and memory used by BOINC:
Use no more than 10 GB
Leave at least 0.01 GB
Use no more than 100% of total space
Use no more than 80% of total virtual memory
Limits on network bandwidth used by BOINC:
Maximum download rate: no limit
Maximum upload rate: no limit
- same as home/work/school separate preferences
system: win xp sp2 kerio 2.5.1. firewall (checked and penetrable) antivirus NOD32 (boinc is removed from IMON - nod scaned)

I tried restart climate project but with no efect

I tried close antivirus and firewall but with no efect
(but when i close nod32, nod32krn.exe i found on running proces but when i tryed close thist proces it was not possible (imediately was start itself again))

similar problem i have with Seti@home

Sorry you are not getting any answers. Nothing obvious occurs to me so I left for others to answer. Since no answers I try giving some suggstions though I do not have very much by way of good reasons to think these may succeed.

Have you tried the following:

1. Rebooting computer
2. Resetting project
3. Detach and reattach to project
4. Repair installation of BOINC software
5. Uninstall 4.19 to reinstall 4.25 (from http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php )
6. Uninstall, delete directory, reinstall BOINC 4.25
