I have updated BIONIC a number of times and I get the message Quota for the day is met. No work units. When I go into my profile it looks like the problem is downloading to my computer. Can you let me know what it is?

If you go to your account page, click on Host ID, then on the '9' against Results, you'll see that you have had
4 wus sent on 2 consecutive days. Hosts are only allowed 4 a day to prevent people wasting parameter sets.
While you're waiting for the next day, you should find out what is wrong at your end.
Firewall? Proxy server? And others.
What version of BOINC, and of hadsm do you have?
Anything helpfull in stdout or stderr (in BOINC folder)?

There's something at your end that's preventing the model from starting up Pat. All the failed results are recorded with the same stderr message - <b>CreateProcess() failed - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x20)</b>.

Unfortunately the error doesn't identify the file that's causing the problem, but it suggests some sort of locking issue. Try rebooting your system to see if that resolves the problem next time you are able to download a workunit.
