Since last Sunday, I have not been able to update with climateprediction.net. I keep getting the following message: 3/11/2005 1:55:32 PM|climateprediction.net|Sending request to scheduler: http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc_cgi/cgi 3/11/2005 1:55:36 PM|climateprediction.net|Scheduler RPC to http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc_cgi/cgi failed 3/11/2005 1:55:36 PM|climateprediction.net|No schedulers responded No schedulers are responding. . .Why not? I've tried rebooting, upgrading to BOINC 4.25, and forcing updates using the command in the interface. I've completed one entire work unit, and it's waiting to report; BOINC is crunching another, along with those of other projects. My connections with two other BOINC projects (SETI@home and Einstein@home) are just fine. What's going on? Hope you can help. R |

Hi Richard, From your stats I suspect you're referring to your hostid 67852, which hasn't registered a trickle since 6th Feb. From its normal trickle interval I expect you might be hitting the problem of sending up more trickles than the scheduler can currently handle that I described (and gave the solution to) in this thread.
