I am repeatedly receiving the error message 'Can't parse scheduler reply' when the BOINC application tries to communicate with the server. The client application (BOINC v. 4.13) is running under Windows XP Professional.

Interestingly, my client has succeeded in contacting the server on a number of previous occasions, yet nothing has changed to the best of my knowledge since it last did so.

What is causing this problem, and is there a solution?

I think it's a scheduler problem. The project is down at the moment, so they may be working on it.
