BOINC upgrade

Then make a backup of the whole folder for safety. After that you can just install 4.19 over the top of the original BOINC folder. It might be better, though, to upgrade to the latest version which is currently 4.25, available from the <a href="http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php">Berkeley BOINC site</a>. There is even a development version 4.27 which is seeking to overcome a few problems people are still experiencing. To upgrade to the 4.2x versions you need to uninstall before upgrading, but if you then install into the original location you will not lose your work.
