I recently allotted CPDN a 25% share of BOINC resources (up from 15% I think) and it took that as a mandate and has been running continuously for about 2 days now. I have work units for three other projects that are approaching deadline. Any suggestions? I still have SETI@home set at 40%. |

Try exiting BOINC and restarting it. Also try restarting the computer. Either should give BOINC a clean start and unblock the other projects. BOINC WIKI BOINCing since 2002/12/8 |

I had a similar problem about a week ago, except that, whatever I entered as a CPDN resource share, it was echoed back to me as being "1". I was advised to update to BOINC V4.25 and try setting the resource share again, which I did today. And it worked. I can't see why a new version of BOINC made a difference, but as the result is what I wanted, I am happy to accept the outcome. > > I have BOINC Version 4.19 and I'm running Windows XP SP2. > |
