I've finished two WU's (running a P4 HT) and BOINC cannot upload them or get more work. They've been finished for months now, and the other computers in my house are connecting fine. I finally gave up on submitting them and tried reinstalling BOINC to see if that would work. It didn't. Then I tried resetting the project. Still can't contact the scheduler. Any ideas?

Resetting CPDN is not recommended except as a last resort and after taking advice from this board or the community forum. Unfortunately you may have lost the results of your efforts over the past months without resolving the issue :((

What seems likely to have happened (unless of course it is a firewall issue) is explained <a href="http://www.climateprediction.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=2811">here</a>. Following the advice there may well enable you to trickle, but I don't think it will enable you to upload the data from finished projects.
