HELP! MY EXPERIMENT IS STUCK. WHEN IT REACHED 84% OF STAGE 3, THE PROGRAM SUDDENLY TRIED TO UPLOAD. IT HAS BEEN UNABLE TO COMPLETE THIS UPLOAD AND WILL NOT GO BACK TO RUNNING THE PROGRAM. IT KEEPS TRYING TO UPLOAD A PROGRAM DESIGNATED 5nghaa.pa.xl.nc.gz. IT HAS BEEN STUCK ON THIS FOR 4 DAYS NOW. I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF COMPLETE THE UPLOAD OR GET IT TO GO BACK TO COMPLETING THE EXPERIMENT. I TRIED REBOOTING, TURNING THE EXPERIENT OFF AND THEN BACK ON, TURNING THE BOINC PROGRAM OFF AND THEN BACK ON AND MANUAL UPLOAD FROM THE HOME PAGE. CLICKING THE "UPLOAD MY RESULTS" TAB IN THE CLIMATEPREDICTION.NET WINDOW DOESN'T WORK. THE TAB IS INACTIVE EITHER.

IF I CAN’T FIGURE THIS OUT SOON I AM JUST GOING TO HAVE TO DELETE THE ENTIRE PROGRAM. I DON’T WANT TO DO THAT AFTER THREE MONTHS OF RUNNING THE EXPERIMENT.

You probably have two problems.

1) Your model has crashed. This does happen, and for many reasons.
So it is trying to send files to a server. There is a problem with this. See below.

2a) You show no data on your account page, so you must have accumulated them on your computer.
There is a problem with doing this, which has recently arisen. Read <a href="http://www.climateprediction.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=2811"> this</a> info thread for a cure.

However:
2b) At least one of the Oxford servers (the trickle server), is down, and has been for a couple of days.
It may actually be a router, but we have to wait patiently for a fix.
So you can't upload trickles at present.
And if the data server is also down, you won't be able to upload the 5 zips.
Nothing much any of us can do at the moment.

And your caps lock key is stuck.
