Is this something wrong with the WU or do I have to diagnose some problem with my workstation?

It could be either, and it's difficult to tell which since the -5 error is a catchall computation error.

I saw that you ran two previous models successfully so is there anything that could have changed?

Are the temperatures in your box higher now than they were for the last two runs?

You could check out these posts by UK_Nick at the phpBB forum just to see if there's anything you might recognize as a problem with your box...
