5/6/2005 7:08:35 AM|climateprediction.net|Unrecoverable error for result 2o4n_200145842_0 ( - exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005))

I keep getting this error for all my wu. I have already tested my memory and have no problems. I guess I will just have to drop this project.

Edward, I see no trickles from either host of yours since 15 February. I assume you are talking about your Athlon host?

I've also gotten a couple of these errors recently, both at the end of phase trickles when the PC couldn't communicate with CPDN.

Do you have a wireless card in your PC? I'm starting to wonder if mine isn't causing problems sometimes when my PC tries to communicate with CPDN and can't. Otherwise, I would suggest updating the drivers for your system and peripherals to the latest ones available. While it's difficult to find specifics on that error code, many of the suggestions on the net seem to indicate driver conflicts.

I suspect you may be right. I had a failure the other day at phase change when my wireless lan was down. I was using v4.32 at the time. This on a machine that has been very reliable otherwise when running BOINC, aside from what I think was a file access problem on one occasion.
