HadSM takes over the computer in screen saver mode. It does not fully let go and flips into screen saver and back to desktop ever 4-5 secs. Task manager shows about 4-5 HadSM running at a time. Opening Boinc manager and suspending the work allows computer to return to normal.

Boinc 4.41
Windows XP sp 2
733mhz Pentium 3
512 mb memory.

Any sugestions?

This looks like a BOINC error and is worth reporting on the SETI@H siteas that handles reports on BOINC development versions.

The usual advice is not to use BOINC as your screensaver if attached to CPDN anyway, even though it is set as the default installation option. CPDN is a very computer intensive application and the graphics are a substantial addition. Best kept for when you are watching.
