I have just noticed one thing. BIONIC does NOT clean disk after completing computation of a unit. "Orphan" files cumulate, currently consuming more than 1GB of my disk space. Is it OK do erase these files? How to avoid this problem in future? Thanx for comments. |

The CPDN project only uploads a small portion of the result, the rest is stored on disk for later examination. You can safely delete these directories. The code that would pull/delete them automatically has not been implemented yet. BOINC WIKI BOINCing since 2002/12/8 |
