1-I have install Advanced Visualization v.2.1.
2 - I am cooperating in the Climateprediction.net project and it is running well
3-When I start Advanced Visualization v.2.1. I got the error message \"Did not retrieve data from current model.Open BOINC and ensure that the Climate Prediction model is running\"

Please, help is needed!

If that helps:
My computer has:
-Processor Pentium IV 3.0Gz with hipertrading
-Memory 1 Gygabites
-Hard-disk 120 GB
-OS Windows XP professional Edition SP, fully updated
-Protection
Norton Internet Security 2005
Spy Sweeper
Ad-Aware SE Professional

Did you install it in 'C:\Program Files\BOINC'?

The current model is only accessible directly by adv vis when it's running.

If you're time-slicing between projects and have your general preferences set to remove applications from memory (the default), adv vis will only be able to access the current model when the CPDN project is running. You should still be able to access the model by explicitly selecting it.

Thanks for your help.

My settings are exactly as you propose, but Advanced Visualization continues sending the same error message.

If you can continuing to help me I will be very pleased.

In any case this is not a "drama". The project continues running well.
