My recent average credit appears to not be changing,
and is stuck on a high value :-) probably since the last
completed result was uploaded?

They may get RAC calculations going again, but in CPDN, it is never going to be a reliable indicator of work done per unit time. The occasional bogus bonus credits that are added to the total credits at end of run are correctly subtracted from total credits in a check done every 4 hours, however, trying to do that with the RAC has not been successful so the RAC is often artificially high.
