I have completed an entire run (all 3 phases), but none of the results seem to have been uploaded and the Outcome status is Unknown. Where have they gone? They seemed to upload ok at this end.

I\'m still running Bonic vn 4.09, could this have caused a problem? Which is the best vn to upgrade to and should I wait until the lastest run has finished first?

If they seemed to upload ok at your end then they almost certainly have uploaded ok and it is just the outcome status that has got lost and this doesn't matter. Hopefully it will be more reliable from now on.

If you are going to upgrade then I would suggest you may as well go for 4.45. There is no need to wait for a run to complete. You will need to uninstall 4.09 but this does not remove run information. Installing 4.45 usually proceeds without problem though you may want to take a backup just in case.

If you are running other short WU projects you may find 4.45 switches less frequently than you might expect. I think there are good reasons for this, but if you want to avoid that, 4.19 or 4.25 are considered fairly stable.
