My Climate restarted and is back to .28% after being at 98% last time I checked it may have finished but not sure since I didn\'t notice when it decided to restart. However I still have 657.27 MB listed for climate prediction under the boincdisk usage tab. I am still using boinc 4.19 because I do not like the new versions. Does anyone know what happen and what I should do to fix this?

You can check which WU is presently being processed in the work tab of BOINC. The old one was 1slf_100104571_ . You may find that it started another one.

If it is doing a new one, is there anything concerning the old WU in your work or messages tabs? Do the messages indicate that you are communicating successfully with the server?

If you have indeed gone back to the beginning of the old WU, that is very odd indeed, though occasionally people have reported similar behaviour at an earlier stage. Once again, anything in your messages? Or anything recent in stderr.txt?

If it is a new workunit it is still using the old application version. However the name under the Work tab is different then the one you provided in the message above.

You are working on a new model then. Do you have a backup of the BOINC folder from when the % done was high? If so, restoring that backup to finish the work unit may be the best thing to do.

However before doing this, there is a slim possibility that you have finished the model correctly but have simply got a communication issue. Is there anything in the transfer tab? What messages do you get if you select update?
