The download problem seems to be "CreateProcess() failed - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x20)" I suspect it is trying to start a work unit before the application v4.13 has been downloaded. I am trying to think of a way to suspend computation but allow the download to continue. Not too sure whether suspend and update will do that. However even if you solve this current problem, I see that you haven't finished a model yet. It may be worth testing machine stability I also see it is a mobile processor. Is this a laptop computer? If so, it may not be coping with the continuous 100% use. You may want to consider using something like threadmaster to cut that 100% use a bit. _______________________________ Visit BOINC WIKI for help And join BOINC Synergy for all the news in one place. |

If you are willing to take the risk, try downloading the files Arnaud has made available in the next thread. http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/forum_thread.php?id=2920 put these files in the climateprediction.net folder. Hopefully that will stop BOINC trying and failing to get the application files. If the computer doen NOT have a running model, a project reset may get it going again (probably following day). _______________________________ Visit BOINC WIKI for help And join BOINC Synergy for all the news in one place. |
