Hello, I normaly have an average shown of below 100. Suddenly it went up to more then 8000 and then back to normal again. Can anyone tell me what happened I have not changed computers nor done anything else Thanks Sigi |

Hmm. It seems most of your credits come from 1 model which you crashed early on. The work unit was misallocated to someone else who completed the model. I am guessing really but there was a spurious bonus on completing a model which was removed because credit should be given on credits not on completion of the model. I wasn't sure whether recent changes had stopped that but perhaps not. If it exists such a bonus is added to the total credit and removed. The RAC jumps up but this is not removed and therefore only slowly comes down. (I see 472 for your RAC). It is possible that at some stage the 6805.26 credits for that model may be reallocated to the host that actually completed it. In the meantime enjoy both bits of spurious credit as it is possible they won't last long. _______________________________ Visit BOINC WIKI for help And join BOINC Synergy for all the news in one place. |
