I thought it was working fine and as far as I can see it is able to communicate with the climateapps2 server but the last credit was received in my account on 19 June, part way through phase one. It has been running every day since then and is now showing close to the end of of phase 2, but no crdeits received from it. In other words it seems to be generating trickles but no credits received and my account is not showing any trickles sincve Jun 19. Has anyone any ideas how I can go back and ressurrect the credits? Any one seen this behaviour before? My other five boxes are not affected and are largely set up the same way. If I reset the project will I lose everything? I presume we are talking about host 138587. What work unit is it working on? Is it 2rzl_400150893_0 (resultid 844093)? If you are working on 2rzl_400150893_0 then hopefully we will work out the problem. There are ways to recreate trickles but it is unnecessary as you only need to get 1 trickle to be recorded to get all the credit. If you reset, you will loose the model you are working on. Unfortunately my best guess at present is that you are not working on 2rzl_400150893_0 (resultid 844093), the work unit you are working on has unfortunately been given out twice and someone is ahead of you. If this is the case, then we don't want a resultid to be completed twice. I suggest you suspend this model and try to start work on 2rzl_400150893_0 if it shows as ready to run. Your model may need to be aborted. I am suggesting suspend in case Carl comes up with a way to save it. Even better might be to also suspend 2rzl_400150893_0 and try to download a v4.13 model. If you get a new v4.13 model going and there is no time on 2rzl_400150893_0 you can abort that model. _______________________________ Visit BOINC WIKI for help And join BOINC Synergy for all the news in one place. |
