When I try to log into my account, I paste the code in, and click Login, but it always rejects my account details.

A couple of days ago, I went down the \"Forgotten account\" route and had it sent again. When I copy & pasted that string (same as I had been trying) it worked. But today, it fails.

Also, is cannot remember my login, even though cookies are enabled.

What is happening?

One must be careful not to include blank spaces in the copy/paste operation.

For CPDNboinc to remember the logon, there is a small box on the Account log-on page; be sure to check it before hitting 'enter'.

If you're already doing those things, I must say 'sorry' because I'm out of ideas.
